- We represent Plumbers and Pipefitters in Worcester County, Massachusetts.
- We have a National Agreement, which means, as a Union, we work in Light Commercial and Residential projects in addition to Heavy Commercial projects.
- We are members of the Worcester-Fitchburg Building and Construction Trades Council, New England Mechanical Association (NEMCA) and New England States Pipe Trades Association.
- We offer an esteemed Apprenticeship Program as well as ongoing training to our members.
- We are involved in fundraising endeavors for our members, their families and to benefit our community at large.
- Through our Organizing efforts, we aim to:
Increase job opportunities for members and contractors
Raise the standard for safety and training within the industry in order to ensure a superior work force and product
Provide workers with a voice in their union and workplace environment and to earn higher wages and benefits
Provide a highly-trained, skilled and safe, workforce

Mission Statement
The objects of the Local Union are to protect its members from unjust and injurious competition, to assist sick and distressed members, to help brother members to secure employment through unity of action with all other trades in the Building Trades.
Recognizing the right of the Employer to control his capital, we claim and will exercise the right to control our labor and to be consulted in determining the price paid for it.
