UA Membership Application Form

United Association of Journeyman and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipefitting Industry of the United States and Canada, AFL-CIO Application for Membership. Used when applying for membership within a local union. APPLICATION FORMS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO PLUMBERS & PIPEFITTERS' LOCAL NO. 4 FOR PROCESSING. Forms should NOT be sent directly to the UA.

UA Local 4 Scholarship Application Form

Deadline: January 15, 2008 UA Local 4 awards annual scholarships toward tuition for members working under NEMCA (New England Mechanical Contractor's Association) Agreements (or their children). The scholarships are awarded to Full Time Students only (3 or more classes). Checks are made payable to the applicant upon proof of passing grades at the end of the 1st semester of the applicable year.

2007 Deadline: August 15, 2007 The UA awards annual scholarships toward tuition for eligible children and grandchildren (as defined under IRS regulations) of United Association members who are in good standing with the Union. Please review the United Association Scholarship Application form for more specific Eligibility and Award Criteria and contact the UA with any questions regarding the Scholarship and application process.

New England Mechanical Contracting Industry Improvement Fund Scholastic Merit Award

2007 Deadline: March 23, 2007 NEMCA grants a number of annual scholastic merit awards that make funds for higher education available to children of both labor and management employees of the Mechanical Contracting Industry. Applications are available at the Local 4 Union Hall or may be obtained by contacting NEMCA directly.

UA-WCC Application for Admission and Readmission

UA Apprenticeship Training Program Application. Forms are made available, and to be completed, once accepted into the Apprenticeship Training Program with a local union.
